People tend to gravitate towards what they think. If you think mediocre thoughts, then you’ll probably be and do mediocre things. If you think and believe in the best of people, then you’ll find the best in people.
Our thoughts are an incredibly powerful tool, but in many cases are under utilized. If you learn to use your thoughts effectively you can literally change your life. You already have evidence of this effect. How do you feel when you are thinking negative thoughts or reliving a bad experience in your mind? It’s simple. You don’t feel good. Think about when you are thinking more positive thoughts or laughing about something. You feel good.
When going for the big things like changing careers or a better relationship, don’t think small. Think big. Think about what exactly you desire, not your backup plan or your second best. What is it that you want, desire, need to change or would like to move towards?
Don’t worry about the how? That’s not important at this time. As you focus on what you want and feel good about it when you do, then the rest just works itself out. Previously unseen opportunities will now become visible. People will come your way to help. You’ll find an article related to your new big thoughts. The possibilities are endless.
